B&B Acitrezza
Our B&B is located in Acitrezza (district of Aci castello), a small fishing village of eastern Sicily, also named Riviera dei Ciclopi due to the "Faraglioni", eight picturesque basaltic rocks that, according to mythology, were thrown from Polyphemus to Ulysses during his escape. The strategic geographical position, between the town of Catania and Taormina, make it one of the most researched accommodations for visitors.
We are located close to the historical centre, perfect accommodation a few steps from the sea and all major services. We offer our guests five double rooms with private bath equipped with every comforts. The large breakfast room and the outdoor terrace, equipped with table, chairs, sofa and parasols, complete the House to ensure spaces where you can spend your time in relaxation.
Thanks to its stretegic geographical location, the B&B Epos Acitrezza is a perfect base for daily trips along the cost of eastern Sicily. The big summit of Mount Etna, the largest volcano in Europe, is accessible only 45 minutes by car or by the several local tour operators. Others famous places, like Taormina with its mysterious and fascinating villages outbuildings, Catania, Syracuse, Noto and Caltagirone, are easily accessible by the hightways that connect eastern Sicily. The international airport of Catania is just 17 km away from our house.
